Today, we have our own printing and packaging factories, and we produce 80% of the raw materials for our products in-house.

About Our Factory
At Alice Beauty, we are organized into three departments: business, production, and quality control. Our production department is staffed by 137 experienced employees, 80% of whom have over 5 years of experience in the industry.
All of our eyelash products are 100% handmade, and our team is dedicated to producing high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
We believe in taking care of our employees, so we offer competitive salaries that are 20% higher than the market average, as well as social insurance and housing fund benefits.
